Responsibilities: * Various administrative tasks: mail handling, invoice verification, receiving visitors and service providers, etc. * Physical document filing and digital document verification (interface with SAP and other systems). * Management and procurement of support materials (e.g., office supplies, event materials, etc.). * Support to the unit’s administrative area and management of the Distribution Center. * Support to Internal Communication: preparation and dissemination of announcements (printed and virtual) across the company’s multiple communication tools. **About Us** Are you already familiar with our brands Huggies®, Intimus®, Poise®, Plenitud®?
