2. Organization and preservation of meats in refrigerated chambers.
3. Deboning, cleaning, trimming, and cutting of various types of meat.
Receive carcasses and cuts, verifying quality, temperature, and quantity.
Organize meats in refrigerated chambers to prevent spoilage.
Debone, clean, and trim beef, pork, poultry, and fish.
Cut meats into precise portions (by weight/size) as required by the menu.
