Your mission will be to ensure that our machines, production lines, and processes operate with excellence, safety, and quality—serving as a critical link in delivering every Skelt Beauty Brands product to consumers at the standard that defines us. You will be responsible for preparing, adjusting, and cleaning equipment; feeding production lines; monitoring operational parameters; and ensuring stable and reliable performance. **Responsibilities:** * Disassemble and reassemble production equipment according to technical and safety instructions. * Perform washing, cleaning, and sanitization of machines, pumps, valves, and nozzles, ensuring compliance with quality standards and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). * Feed products into machines, verifying dosage, pressure, and flow before releasing the filling/production nozzle. * Accurately complete setup sheets, cleaning checklists, and production records, ensuring traceability and documentary compliance. * Perform adjustments, calibrations, and replacement of parts or components (nozzles, hoses, filters, tools) as required by process needs or product changeovers. * Verify and confirm that the machine is in safe operating condition prior to release to the operator. * Support preventive and corrective maintenance teams by reporting failures, anomalies, and repair requirements. * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness (5S). * Comply with company-established quality, safety, health, and environmental standards, as well as applicable legislation. * Perform related tasks listed above. * Sort and organize materials and tools required for production; * Feed production lines with appropriate raw materials; * Assist in the preparation and operation of machines used in cosmetic manufacturing;
