Contributing to a positive customer experience and store performance Description: Must-have qualifications: * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as a security or loss prevention officer, with exposure to prevention, loss control, risk management, and general sales-related customer service. * Basic Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with asset security monitoring systems. What will be your responsibilities? Patrolling and Monitoring: * Conduct daily patrols throughout all store areas, focusing on high-risk zones such as fitting rooms, sales floor, stockroom, and cash registers. * Supervise store opening and closing procedures, as well as armored vehicle arrivals and departures, ensuring the safety of assets and cash. Inventory Inspection and Goods Receipt: * Oversee product receipt and dispatch, including truck arrivals, item counting, verification of parts and equipment, collector device control, and fiscal invoice management—contributing to loss reduction. * Inspect returned or damaged goods to ensure proper labeling and correct placement of anti-theft tags, requesting corrective actions when necessary. Prevention Records and Reports: * Maintain records in loss prevention logs, documenting dates, times, and types of incidents involving employees and customers. * Record incidents occurring in fitting rooms and lockers, implementing controls and reporting detected issues to supervision. Security Monitoring: * Monitor CCTV footage to observe activities and incidents, performing daily recordings and backups in coordination with the Loss Prevention team, ensuring accurate records for control and investigation purposes. Theft and Robbery Prevention: * Act discreetly to prevent thefts and robberies within store premises by observing suspicious behavior, communicating via radio, and applying company-approved procedures. Cost Reduction and Resource Control: * Support water and energy consumption reduction by conducting periodic inspections across departments and taking corrective actions when required. Customer Service: * Assist in the sales area as needed, guiding customers on products, promotions, and services, offering credit cards and shopping bags—contributing to a positive shopping experience and store performance. 251022020253492452
