After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and duties** * Operate machinery and equipment for handling and moving cargo and materials. * Prepare pallets for the picking area and execute material handling and loading processes. * Support inventory routine execution. * Carry out quality routines, including reprocessing disposal and equipment cleaning, while complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines and executing the Process Technical Standard (PTS). * Perform daily management activities, such as issuing quality, maintenance, environmental, and safety labels; preparing non-conformance reports; implementing 5S organization and cleaning routines; identifying anomalies; and proposing improvements. * Understand and apply conscious consumption practices and natural resource conservation in accordance with the company’s SSMA (Safety, Security, Medical, and Environmental) policies, recognizing environmental impacts and risks, and becoming familiar with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education. **Additional information** **Here’s what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Cafeteria: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Medical and dental insurance. * Cuidar Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * Christmas basket at year-end and children’s kit for your kids. * PPR — Profit Sharing Plan. * Payroll-deductible loan. * Study grant. * Educary — Education program for youth and adults. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub).
