Lead evaluation and selection of new LMS technologies **Learning Management Systems (LMS) \- Architect** **About the role** As an **LMS Architect**, you will make an impact by designing and implementing scalable learning management solutions that align with organizational goals and compliance standards. You will collaborate with cross\-functional teams to integrate and optimize LMS platforms, ensuring seamless user experience and regulatory adherence. **In this role, you will:** * Design and implement scalable LMS solutions that meet business and compliance requirements. * Integrate platforms such as **Adobe LMS**, **Absorb LMS**, and **Veeva Vault for Learning** into enterprise systems. * Provide technical expertise in deployment and maintenance of LMS platforms including **Seismic**, **Docebo**, and **Degreed**. * Oversee configuration and customization of LMS platforms to meet specific business needs. * Conduct system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards. * Develop and maintain documentation for architecture and processes. * Lead evaluation and selection of new LMS technologies to enhance learning capabilities. * Provide training and support to end\-users to maximize LMS effectiveness. **Work model: Hybrid** We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 1 or 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Sao Paulo, SP.
