We are seeking a talent to work in a Hospital Kitchen **Responsibilities:** \- Perform food pre-preparation and preparation (washing, cutting, seasoning, grilling, and frying) according to the menu, including salads and desserts for patients and staff. \- Retrieve ingredients from cold rooms, assist in sauce preparation, and verify the need for food replenishment. \- Identify and correctly store preparations; maintain hygiene of utensils, equipment, cold rooms, and the workplace; organize and serve meals in the cafeteria with courtesy and care. \- Complete control worksheets, maintain equipment, comply with institutional and biosafety regulations, and use appropriate PPE. **Requirements:** High school diploma completed Prior experience as a kitchen assistant is desirable.
