Participated in the Inovativa Brasil program, highlighted among the top 100 startups. * With our accelerated expansion, we seek talented and motivated individuals to help us build the future of digital customer service in Brazil. **Responsibilities and Duties – Customer Support (Helpdesk)** * Support user assistance and incident logging; * Help resolve questions regarding products and internal systems; * Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive customer experience. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Be between **18 and 22 years old**; * Available to work **6 hours per day, Monday through Friday**; * Currently **enrolled and attending school**, or have **completed high school**; * **Reside in São Paulo (SP)** – weekly in-person attendance required for the **Leapy course**; * Strong desire to learn and grow professionally; * Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team. **Additional Information** * Employment via CLT; * Meal voucher; * Birthday day off; Anota AI is a startup founded in late 2017, with the mission of bringing cutting-edge technology to all food delivery services in Brazil.
