Support operational excellence **About the role** As an Inventory Coordinator, you will make an impact by ensuring the efficient movement and management of imagery collection equipment, both domestically and internationally, while adhering to country\-specific regulations. You will be a valued member of the Team and work collaboratively with logistics partners, procurement, and other stakeholders to support operational excellence. **In this role, you will:** Provide equipment purchase support and liaise with shipping partners to facilitate timely deliveries. Monitor and maintain inventory stock levels to meet quarterly operational demand. Coordinate all shipments with external logistics suppliers (warehouses, domestic carriers, parking service providers) to ensure equipment is delivered within project deadlines, including lead time calculation and ETA/ETD tracking. Ensure correct inventory stock levels based on program plans and provide monthly shortage reports. Assist with equipment forecasting, local inventory management, and distribution, including packaging and labeling of dangerous goods for shipment. Work with the procurement team to secure supply availability and provide clear updates on recovery and mitigation actions. Create and maintain parts lists and replenishment levels. Develop processes for forecast modeling, parameter establishment, and exception management; oversee regional allocations. Communicate key inventory inbound/outbound activities to interested parties. Experience in the logistics industry, including vendor and warehouse management. Comfortable working in a rapidly\-changing environment. Experience with ERP tools. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to operate and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the business.
