Administer technical and behavioral assessments according to position requirements. Maintain up-to-date job descriptions and competency profiles. Lead internal selection processes and youth/apprentice recruitment programs. Organize and execute onboarding and integration for new employees. Engage in internal marketing activities. Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA). Monitor the Annual Training Plan. Manage training logistics and cohort scheduling. Track HR metrics. Support performance evaluations (knowledge of this area is desirable).
