Job Summary: MTO, the unit administrator of O Matuto Fogo & Mar and O Matuto Expressa, is seeking a chapes maker to prepare and release proteins following established standards while maintaining utensil cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Prepare and release all proteins according to standards. 2. Clean utensils. 3. Passion for eating well and motivated to offer and share good moments. **About Us:** We are MTO, the company responsible for managing the O Matuto Fogo \& Mar and O Matuto Expressa units. Currently, we manage 19 units across the state — including 4 Fogo \& Mar locations in Campinas and 15 Expressa units distributed throughout the region and capital.
