Description

The Final Art Designer is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and finalizing print files, ensuring they meet technical standards and maintain high quality. To succeed in this role, attention to detail, organization, and knowledge of graphic processes are essential. This position is critical to the company, as it ensures that produced materials meet customer expectations and uphold the printing house's quality standards. **Responsibilities** * Prepare and adjust print files according to technical specifications * Verify dimensions, bleed areas, margins, and artwork resolution * Perform file finalization (PDF, outlined fonts, CMYK colors, etc.) * Identify and correct potential errors prior to production * Provide technical support to the commercial and production departments * Ensure standardization and quality of printed materials * Organize files and maintain control over final versions * Meet delivery deadlines with agility and accuracy **Qualifications** * Completed high school education * Proficiency in graphic software (CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Photoshop) * Basic understanding of printing processes (flexography) * Attention to detail and organizational skills * Strong communication and teamwork abilities * Proactivity and accountability regarding deadlines * Residency in neighborhoods near Serra/ES Job Type: Contract Pay: R$1,621\.00 \- R$2,300\.00 per month Work Location: In person
