We are seeking an **ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR** to join our efforts. Come connect with us! What are the challenges of this opportunity? ● Conduct periodic inspections of TBM electrical components using measurement tools and instruments to identify potential failures or wear; ● Prepare detailed technical reports on the condition of electrical systems, including photos and descriptions of identified faults, to ensure precise and timely repair actions; ● Replace parts, clean, and lubricate electrical components, following safety standards and procedures to ensure proper machine operation and prevent failures; ● Identify root causes of failures in electrical systems using testing and analysis tools, and perform necessary repairs based on diagrams and technical manuals; ● Assemble and install new electrical components—such as motors, controllers, and lighting systems—following design specifications and safety standards; ● Verify the functionality of electrical systems after maintenance or installation, using measurement instruments and performing required adjustments; ● Manage and organize inventory of electrical parts and materials used in TBM maintenance, ensuring timely replenishment; ● Attend courses and training sessions to update knowledge on electrical safety standards, emerging technologies, and electrical equipment used in TBMs. **In addition, what else do you need to have?** Communication skills, teamwork, proactivity, attention to detail, organization, and planning. And what are the differentiators and requirements to apply? ● Completed Technical Education in Industrial Electricity, Electrotechnics, Mechatronics, or related fields; ● Prior experience with TBMs, industrial sector, or manufacturing plants is a plus; ● Ability to read and interpret electrical system diagrams and technical manuals; ● Knowledge of electrical safety standards; ● Experience with electrical measurement tools (multimeters, clamp meters, etc.); ● Intermediate knowledge of electrical control and automation systems.
