




Job Summary: Finance/Controller professional to ensure accurate cost calculation, prepare management reports and budgets, and analyze financial processes. Key Highlights: 1. Economic feasibility analysis of new products and services **Department:** Controller / Finance **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure accurate calculation of production costs across all company business units. * Prepare management reports to support executive leadership and the finance department. * Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets, controlling inventories and managing fixed and variable inventories. * Conduct cost analysis and control, developing projects aimed at reducing expenses and eliminating losses. * Analyze inventory movements, tax credits, and import processes. * Perform inventory reconciliations and cost accounting. * Collect and store daily information required to calculate product, leasing, and service costs (raw materials, labor, freight, taxes, etc.). * Monitor sales margins and suggest price adjustments, supplier changes, or purchasing condition modifications. * Compare actual vs. budgeted costs and propose corrective actions jointly with relevant departments. * Analyze granted discounts, applied margins, and projected results based on issued invoices. * Prepare management reports on raw material consumption, commissions, packaging, freight, and expenses by cost center. * Participate in the preparation and review of the annual budget, justifying variances and proposing improvements. * Conduct pricing simulations for new products, services, or contracts, evaluating economic feasibility. * Input and maintain up-to-date data in the company's information system. * Ensure workplace organization, equipment maintenance, and compliance with Safety, Occupational Hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations. * Perform other related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in related fields (Accounting, Administration, Economics, Engineering, or similar). * Minimum **2 years** of experience in controller or accounting functions is preferred. * Knowledge of cost calculation and analysis, budgeting, and inventory control. * Familiarity with tax credits and import processes is a plus. * Knowledge of **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)**, **Integrated Management Policy**, and **Code of Conduct and Ethics**. **Desired Competencies** * Analytical and critical thinking * Organization and attention to detail * Ability to work with data and management reports * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proactivity and results orientation Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$4.000,00 \- R$4.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
