Job Summary: We are seeking a Cooking Assistant to support salting processes, preparation of saline solutions, injection, and smoking, ensuring product organization and identification. Key Highlights: 1. Support the salting process by manually applying brine to meat pieces. 2. Assist in preparing saline solutions and seasonings. 3. Work in the smoking section, loading and unloading racks. Cooking Assistant \- 2nd Shift Requirements: Completed elementary education; preferably residing in Americana or Santa Bárbara. No prior experience required. Salary: R$ 2\.121,00 Working Hours: Monday to Friday 12:00 PM to 9:48 PM RESPONSIBILITIES * Support the salting process by manually applying brine to meat pieces according to production instructions; * Assist in preparing and handling saline solutions and seasonings used in salting and injection processes; * Monitor the injection process, assisting with loading and unloading meat pieces into injection machines, ensuring correct positioning and continuous operation; * Assist in verifying injected volume and collecting samples when requested; * Work in the smoking section, helping load and unload racks or trolleys into smokehouses; * Position products inside smokehouses as per technical guidelines, ensuring proper heat and smoke circulation; * Perform weighing, identification, and organization of products at each process stage; What We Offer?
