Job Summary: Access controller responsible for managing vehicle, resident, and visitor access; internal and external monitoring; and assisting delivery personnel—requiring solid experience and professional demeanor. Requires commitment, punctuality, and good communication ### **Access Controller** ### Guarulhos – Lago dos Patos Region/Residential Condominium **Responsibilities:** * Managing access for vehicles, residents, visitors, and service providers * Assisting delivery personnel * Conducting internal and external monitoring, among other duties. **Requirements:** * Solid experience in the field * Professional demeanor * Commitment and punctuality * Prior experience as a floor supervisor/security guard in addition to access control is considered a plus * Shift schedule \- 12x36 \- 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM * **7:00 AM to 11:00 AM – Active post, standing duty** * **11:00 AM to 4:00 PM – Seated post** * **4:00 PM to 7:00 PM – Return to monitoring duties** **R$2\.021,16 \+ Transportation Allowance (VT) \+ Meal Allowance (VR) of R$20.76 per day \+ Food Allowance (VA) of R$144.68 per month \+ R$300.00 Attendance Bonus** **Desired Profile:** * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor, commitment, punctuality, * Adaptable, courteous, and observant personality.
