Lead large-scale projects, focusing on safety and compliance. **CONSTRUCTION MANAGER** **Job Description:** Supervise all construction phases, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality; Integrate site requirements with other departments (engineering, planning, procurement, and administration); Ensure safety, technical compliance, and adherence to applicable standards and regulations; Apply rigorous practices in processes, planning, financial control, and performance outcomes. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields (a postgraduate degree in Construction or Project Management is a plus); Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials, industry standards, and applicable regulations/codes; Proficiency in construction planning and control software and precast techniques; Solid experience in large-scale public works and familiarity with public procurement laws. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree **Work Schedule:** To be determined **Benefits:** All travel expenses covered by the company.
