Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for customer service, handling and restocking of products, and loss control to maintain quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Personalized customer service and customer loyalty. 2. Handling and restocking of products with attention to quality. 3. Loss control and inventory management. * Provide courteous and attentive customer service, addressing inquiries, assisting with product selection, slicing and packaging items, and resolving discrepancies related to the department—thereby fostering customer loyalty and upholding Almeida Mercados’ high standard of personalized service. * Fulfill requests for sliced, diced, and portioned products by accurately selecting and packaging the required quantities. Always add liquid (sweet syrup or saltwater) after weighing bulk products, and replenish products as the brine level decreases during service. * Monitor stock levels and restock products across the service counter, frozen food island, refrigerated counter, savory and smoked foods counter, and ice cream freezer. Apply display positioning criteria: expiration date, weight, size, and item mix layout—respecting supplier-allocated space and ensuring correct pricing with labels clearly visible. * Weigh products deemed unfit for consumption, affix labels in the loss control logbook, and enter loss records into the Flex system twice weekly.
