Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring civil construction activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, quality, and safety standards. Manages field teams, controls schedules, performs quantity surveying, contracts and supervises suppliers and contractors, and interfaces with clients and other departments involved in the project. Key responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise civil construction projects on-site; * Ensure compliance with the physical\-financial schedule; * Monitor productivity, quality, and safety of activities; * Manage in-house and outsourced teams; * Control materials, equipment, and site resources; * Prepare management reports and track performance indicators; * Ensure compliance with designs, technical standards, and internal procedures; * Support planning and resolution of technical issues on-site.
