What will be your main responsibilities?
Analyze market and performance data (share, pricing, distribution, and channels), generating actionable insights to support Product, Commercial, and Operations decision-making;
Monitor competition and trends, identifying growth opportunities and competitive positioning;
Develop dashboards and executive materials, translating data into practical business recommendations;
Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) processes for new products, from planning through execution and performance tracking;
Support product launches by analyzing distribution, sell-out, inventory turnover, and in-store performance, proposing adjustments for optimization;
Build and refine demand planning (forecast) based on market data, historical trends, and consumer behavior;
Monitor variances between planned and actual results, proposing improvements in volume, mix, and channels;
Support planning cycles (S&OP/IBP), ensuring greater accuracy and cross-functional integration;
Act as the liaison between Product, Commercial, and Operations teams, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution;
Consolidate KPIs and support executive forums, ensuring data consistency and high-quality decision-making.
**To perform these activities, you must have:**
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields;
Experience in Business Intelligence — Market Intelligence, Commercial Planning, or related areas, preferably in durable consumer goods;
Experience consolidating and analyzing market data, generating insights for decision-making;
Experience with Go-to-Market (GTM), product launches, or portfolio management;
Experience interfacing with Commercial, Marketing, and Operations teams;
Advanced Excel skills;
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar);
Experience with market research databases (Nielsen, NIQ, GfK, Web Price, or similar);
Knowledge of systems such as SAP and Salesforce;
Experience analyzing large volumes of data and building structured analyses.
**Nice-to-have qualifications:**
Postgraduate degree or MBA in a related field;
Knowledge of SQL;
**Programming language proficiency (e.g.,** Python);
Experience with sell-out and market data analysis tools (e.g., Neogrid or similar);
Experience with planning processes (S&OP, IBP, or similar).
? You will work in a hybrid model in São Paulo - SP, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, during standard business hours ? (8:00 AM to 5:48 PM), Monday through Friday.
