Job Summary: This professional will provide commercial/customer service support, enter data into the system, and deliver customer support and demand tracking. Key Highlights: 1. Data entry and updates in the system **Responsibilities:** * Support for commercial/customer service departments * Data entry and updates in the system * Customer support * Demand and deadline tracking **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in customer service or technical support is preferred; * Strong verbal and written communication skills. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; * Saturdays until noon.
