**Job Description:**

Provide in-person, telephone, and digital support to beneficiaries, triaging requests with the goal of resolving them quickly during the first contact; escalate requests that cannot be resolved directly to the responsible departments using CRM, email, or in-person guidance; report any irregularities or suspected fraud to the coordinator, formalizing the report via email or in person; perform administrative support tasks related to customer service, such as organizing the office space, materials, and maintaining facilities (equipment, coffee, magazines); schedule medical evaluations upon request and guide beneficiaries regarding their execution; assist in executing simple authorization processes, following the Interchange Manual guidelines and ANS deadlines; provide basic information on procedures, coverage, and internal protocols, ensuring beneficiaries are always well-informed; participate in training sessions and updates to improve service quality; perform other related tasks as directed by the coordinator. Ensure beneficiary satisfaction and welcoming service by resolving requests quickly and effectively; comply with legal and internal response timeframes, avoiding delays or rework; maintain accurate and organized records of interactions and referrals; safeguard the physical environment and resources of the department, ensuring order and availability for service delivery.

Completed high school education;
Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is considered an advantage;
