Organization and agility in sales processes Job Description: **About the role:** The professional will be responsible for supporting commercial activities, including assistance in negotiations, customer and partner service, and sales process monitoring. They will serve as the liaison between the commercial team, customers, and other departments within the company, ensuring organization, agility, and service quality. **Main responsibilities:** * Support negotiations with customers, partners, and channels; * Assist in preparing commercial proposals; * Monitor the sales pipeline and conduct follow-ups; * Organize documents, contracts, and commercial processes; * Conduct phone and videoconference customer service; * Schedule meetings and commercial visits; * Update data in systems (CRM and others); * Prepare sales reports, goals, and performance indicators; * Perform post-sales activities and maintain customer relationships; * Support prospecting of new customers; * Contribute to process improvements within the department. **Requirements:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Basic computer knowledge (Excel and systems); * Prior experience in commercial or customer service roles is desirable. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 **Compensation and benefits:** * Salary: R$ 1.987,35 (CLT) * Meal Allowance: R$ 710.00/month * Transportation Allowance * Health Insurance (co-payment plan) * Dental Insurance * Totalpass * SESC Card **Work location:** Avenida Castelo Branco (near Shopping Cerrado) Employment type: Full-time CLT Payment: R$1.987,35 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
