Your practical responsibilities will include: * Assisting in the assembly and installation of lightning rods (LPS) and grounding grids. * Performing light civil infrastructure tasks, such as trench excavation and backfilling. * Providing direct and continuous support to electricians during on-site execution. * Performing work at height (roofs, slabs, façades, and metal structures), always adhering to safety regulations. * Ensuring organization and transportation of tools and materials at construction sites. Essential Requirements: * Physical fitness for fieldwork and manual tasks (excavation/backfilling). * No fear of heights and comfort working on roofs and elevated structures. * Uncompromising commitment to safety and correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Collaborative and proactive profile suitable for teamwork. Preferred Qualifications (Differentiators): * Valid NR-35 certification (Work at Height). * Valid NR-10 certification (Electrical Installation Safety). * Prior experience as a construction laborer, electrical helper, or assembler. * Basic knowledge or prior experience in LPS/grounding installations.
