Architecture and Implementation Project Manager

Description

The mission of the **Architecture and Implementation Project Manager** is to ensure the successful opening of new units under Arcca Group brands, coordinating the implementation process with franchisees, validating architectural projects, and ensuring compliance with brand standards, technical requirements, and established timelines. **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor the implementation process of new units together with franchisees. * Analyze and validate architectural projects according to brand standards. * Support franchisees with guidance on implementation and opening stages. * Monitor schedules and support adherence to established deadlines. * Develop technical and support materials to ensure compliance with brand standards. * Develop suppliers to update cost estimates and generate savings. **Requirements and qualifications** * Availability for travel and site visits. * Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in project management, unit implementation, construction, or business expansion. * Proficiency in reading and analyzing architectural drawings. * Knowledge of Urban Legislation in São Paulo / Rio de Janeiro. * Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and partners. * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. * Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit. * **Preferred qualification:** Experience in franchising, retail, or food service sectors, and remote project management with on-site construction monitoring. **Additional information** * **Competitive salary:** We offer market-aligned fixed and variable compensation (part-time). * **AI Reimbursement:** A monthly allowance of up to BRL 200.00 for reimbursement of AI tools of your choice. * **Totalpass:** Access to the Totalpass plan, enabling gym workouts and fitness classes at numerous partner academies. * **Flexibility:** You have the freedom to manage your own workday responsibly. * **Birthday Day-Off:** Celebrate your birthday with a complimentary day off :) * **Annual Day-Offs:** Accrued proportionally each month (starting from the first month). #### **We are Arcca,** a Brazilian franchise holding company specializing in the food sector.
