In this role, you will manage the program—not a team. You will work closely with the client’s teams, introducing rituals, metrics, roadmaps, and building connections. There are 7 workstreams where you and two other CI\&T leaders will be responsible. You will have daily interaction with the client’s U.S.-based stakeholders and the client’s Brazilian team, as well as another consulting firm. **\*On-site presence at the client’s Campinas office is mandatory three times per week. Fluency in English is also required due to frequent daily meetings.** **Mission:** * Serve as the facilitator and strategic bridge between Product, Design, Engineering, and Data, ensuring program-level decisions align with global strategies and business growth. * The core objective is to act as Squad Leader—leading, coordinating, and guiding cross-disciplinary initiatives to elevate delivery maturity and ensure excellence, scalability, and impact of the client’s Marketing platforms (automation, segmentation, personalization, and data intelligence). **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and guide the cross-disciplinary team, fostering collaboration across workstreams and excellence in execution—without hands-on implementation on a day-to-day basis. * Coordinate the product delivery lifecycle (from planning and requirement refinement through launch and monitoring), ensuring application of best practices in management and prioritization. * Manage the backlog jointly with the Product Manager, aligning demands from Design, Engineering, and Data workstreams. * Identify, map, and monitor program risks and dependencies, defining mitigation strategies and communicating impacts to stakeholders. * Produce weekly executive reports providing visibility into status, priorities, risks, dependencies, progress, and key program metrics. * Lead and actively support problem and conflict resolution, removing impediments for the team. * Ensure visibility into priorities, risks, dependencies, and progress by leveraging management and monitoring tools to provide transparency. * Negotiate and interact with multiple areas, connecting product needs with initiative execution—and applying and promoting agile frameworks. **Requirements:** * Proven experience managing complex software/digital product programs and projects. * Experience managing people and leading cross-disciplinary teams. * Knowledge of agile methodologies and scaling frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe). * Experience coordinating digital product development and delivery cycles. * Product mindset, ability to manage stakeholder expectations, and understanding of business and team performance metrics (lead time, throughput, velocity, rework). * Mastery of project management best practices (planning, tracking, communication, risk management). * Understanding of fundamental technical concepts to enable effective communication with Design, Engineering, and Data teams. * *Advanced English proficiency for spoken communication (international client requiring frequent alignment sessions).* **Nice-to-have:** * Experience in Marketing Technology environments, automation platforms, CRM, or adtech. * Experience leading modernization and agile transformation programs—including feature migration and system refactoring. * Familiarity with architecture, data, and artificial intelligence concepts to support strategic discussions. * Ability to act as a cultural change agent, engaging teams in Agile adoption. * Experience coordinating innovation initiatives and adoption of new technologies in marketing and data contexts. * Knowledge of project management tools, analytics platforms, and performance monitoring systems. \#LI\-JM2 **Our benefits:*** Health and dental insurance * Meal and food allowance * Childcare assistance * Extended paternity leave * Partnership with gyms and health and wellness professionals via Wellhub (Gympass) TotalPass; * Profit Sharing and Results Participation (PLR); * Life insurance * Continuous learning platform (CI\&T University); * Discount club * Free online platform dedicated to physical, mental, and overall well\-being * Pregnancy and responsible parenting course * Partnerships with online learning platforms * Language learning platform And many more!
