Join the journey of one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the country! **#JoinOmie** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Define and implement content strategies aligned with our business objectives, go-to-market plan, and customer needs; * Develop segmented content journeys and communication calendars, tailored to different user journeys, target audiences, and personas—aiming to increase feature and product adoption, usage, and customer monetization; * Produce diverse content and materials for product and feature launches, lead nurturing, and customer base engagement—including emails, newsletters, blog articles, website and landing page copy, social media posts, video scripts, infographics, e-books, and more; * Collaborate closely with Marketing, Growth, Customer Success/Customer Experience (CS/CX), Sales, and Product teams to support inbound, organic/SEO, product-led growth, and customer experience improvement initiatives; * Craft sales arguments grounded in psychological triggers and storytelling; * Adapt the brand’s language and tone of voice for different audiences; * Stay current with market trends to create accurate and engaging content; * Manage multiple deliverables within product launch timelines and other company-wide projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Strong teamwork skills; * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; * Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a copywriter/content analyst creating clear, concise, and persuasive content across various formats—preferably in B2B companies; * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or related fields; * Experience writing for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads); * Familiarity with the SaaS and/or ERP markets is desirable; * Advanced knowledge of psychological triggers, storytelling, content marketing, copywriting, and the psychology of persuasion; * Creativity, flexibility, and passion for your work; * Enthusiasm for challenges and varied delivery formats; * Strong time-management skills, ownership mindset, and ability to collaborate effectively; * Collaborative attitude; * Analytical and strategic thinking abilities; * Experience with gamification is considered a plus. **Additional Information** Flexible Benefit/Meal Allowance: BRL 40.00 per business day.
