We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager capable of integrating digital performance, branding and sales, turning data into real and sustainable growth. Main responsibilities: 1\. Digital Performance Management Ensure generation of qualified leads to support monthly sales of 36 units per sales channel. Optimize campaigns on Meta, Google and other channels to maintain cost per lead and cost per sale within defined benchmarks. Implement CRO routines (funnel optimization, landing pages, forms, automations). Manage digital marketing budget, balancing efficiency and scale. 2\. Marketing \& Sales Integration Ensure lead volume and quality meet the Head of Sales targets (36 customers/month per channel). Provide SDRs and brokers with clear funnel, persona and credit information. Work with BI to operationalize daily conversion and CAC reports. 3\. Brand and Institutional Management Strengthen the 7LM brand and its developments across digital and offline channels. Plan strategic events, internal marketing actions and institutional partnerships. Manage brand reputation (social, press, community). 4\. Team and Vendor Management Develop internal team, increasing technical maturity and autonomy (M2 M3/M4\). Negotiate and manage agency and vendor contracts, ensuring positive ROI.
