Submit your profile to our talent pool! **ATTORNEY III – Claims (HYBRID)** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Strategically manage legal demands in claims-related cases; * Critically and analytically assess cases that pose potential risks of litigation against the insurer, identifying root causes to mitigate risks and prevent lawsuits; * Strategically analyze requests for waiver of appeals (analysis of current case law, legal forecasts, etc.), settlements, compensation payments, judicial holds, and transfers; * Draft and respond to judicial and extrajudicial letters and notifications; * Provide technical opinions for decision-making, measuring contingencies and maximizing outcomes; * Conduct quality assessments of outsourced law firms; * Assist in managing outsourced processes; * Support the analysis of qualitative data and information from management and control systems. **QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Law; * Proven experience in Civil Litigation; * Organized, proactive, owner mindset, responsible, capable of meeting, setting, and monitoring deadlines and workflows; flexible, good active listener, sense of prioritization, collaborative, and able to work in a team. **WE SUPPORT YOU ON YOUR JOURNEY WITH:** * Welcoming work environment; * Dress code: Come as you are!; * 7.5-hour workday.
