* **Working hours:** Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday until 1 p.m. * **Benefits:** Commission + bonuses + transportation allowance + medical and dental insurance. * **Basic requirements:** Experience in sales and customer service; Knowledge of sales systems/CRM (preferred); Ability to work with sales targets and KPIs. * **Describe the main responsibilities and activities of this position:** Provide consultative customer service, identifying visual needs and advising on suitable frames, lenses, and treatments; Sell optical products (prescription eyeglasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, and accessories), ensuring a personalized shopping experience; Interpret ophthalmic prescriptions to ensure accurate technical product recommendations; Conduct negotiations, present commercial terms, and close sales, focusing on targets and results; Perform after-sales follow-up, monitor customer satisfaction, and promote loyalty; Organize and restock store merchandise, maintaining proper and attractive product displays; Register customers and issue orders in the system; Support inventory control and goods verification; Participate in promotional campaigns and commercial initiatives to boost sales.
