




Job Summary: Responsible for optical product sales, customer service, sales target and service order tracking, and customer registration, ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Optical product sales and personalized customer service 2. Sales target tracking and service order management 3. Conducting optical measurements and managing exchanges/returns Sell optical products (eyeglasses, contact lenses, and sunglasses); Provide customer service according to the company's established standards, following the Sales Protocol; Monitor daily individual sales performance to ensure achievement of monthly targets; Track sales of complete eyewear (O.C.), ensuring timely report completion and achievement of biweekly and monthly targets via KPIs (Infoboard); Register customers in the system; Perform necessary measurements to ensure technically accurate optical sales; Process exchanges and returns (customer and system); Monitor service orders with the laboratory to guarantee delivery within the timeframe communicated to the customer; Inspect service orders delivered by the laboratory against original orders (quality and condition verification) and deliver them during the “magic moment”; Generate and receive courier packages; Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) * Product discounts * Dental care assistance * Medical care assistance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance
