We’re seeking a QA Analyst with an analytical, organized, and collaborative mindset—someone who enjoys investigating issues, understanding business rules, documenting evidence, and supporting the delivery of an ever-better user experience. This is a fully remote position requiring autonomy for online work, strong communication with the team, and availability during business hours. **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** * Analyze requirements and features to design test scenarios and test cases. * Execute manual functional, regression, exploratory, and usability tests. * Identify, log, document, and track bugs. * Validate fixes implemented by the development team. * Perform validations of APIs, integrations, databases, and business rules. * Organize test evidence and support documentation of QA processes. * Assist the support team in investigating and reporting bugs. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in technology, software quality, or QA. * Experience with testing, logging, documenting, and tracking bugs. * Proficiency in SQL for data querying and validation. * Knowledge of API testing, integrations, and business rule validation. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience with AI-powered development tools such as Cursor. * Prior experience working on SaaS products. * Knowledge of E2E/API test automation using Playwright or Cypress. * Familiarity with Node.js, Git, and/or asynchronous architecture. * Experience using Jira for project, task, and bug management. * Experience with or familiarity with AWS Lambda environments.
