Review installation and accessory assembly plans for de-energized electrical cables, interpreting specifications, schematics, drawings, instructions, and technical guidance to determine the sequence of required tasks. 2\. Prepare de-energized electrical cables and accessories by adjusting, measuring, cutting, scraping, sanding, or applying other processes; separating conductors and stripping insulation from ends, using appropriate instruments and tools, in compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards and procedures. 3\. Install underground electrical cables by routing them through pre-established and prepared locations, splicing their ends using appropriate connectors, and positioning and securing them in designated enclosures. 4\. Test completed assembly and installation work, observing conductor functionality and comparing results against schematics and quality standards, using electrical measuring devices to perform necessary controls and adjustments in accordance with technical guidance. 5\. Perform repair work on underground lines, conduct inspection tests, detect defects, and implement corrective actions. 6\. Provide technical support to ongoing construction projects or locate faults in underground cables, as well as technically supervise work performed by third parties. 7\. Participate in preventive, corrective, and/or emergency maintenance activities as required by external customers. 8\. Organize the workplace/area by selecting, arranging, and verifying conformity of materials, tools, instruments, and safety equipment. 9\. Record relevant data and information regarding actions and events occurring during work in service logs and control documents. 10\.
