**[Tech] Senior Software Engineering - PHP | Feedz** ========================================================= TOTVS | Remote Job Description Develop and maintain software features that add value to the product, ensuring customer satisfaction within the scope of responsibility. Responsibilities and Duties WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Develop and maintain modules on the platform; * Design scalable, secure, and easily maintainable solutions; * Identify performance improvement opportunities; * Apply development best practices aligned with the team (writing clean, consistent code aligned with Clean Code principles; focusing on security, design patterns, CI/CD, automation, etc.); * Develop and apply automated tests; * Participate in and support business refinement processes together with the product manager and engineering team; * Participate in and support technical refinement processes together with the squad and tech lead; * Mentor junior and mid-level developers, sharing technical knowledge and best practices; * Ensure proper knowledge transfer to other developers; * Provide development estimates based on functional or technical scopes to support planning activities; * Provide technical assistance to development and/or support teams when source code analysis or failure analysis without simulation is required; * Actively participate in all team ceremonies (daily stand-up, retrospective, planning, check-in, etc.). Requirements and Qualifications WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: * Solid experience in web development for scalable solutions; * Knowledge of software testing; * Knowledge of software architecture and development best practices; * Clear communication skills, proactivity, autonomy, and technical leadership mindset; * Critical, analytical, and systemic thinking, with strategic and scalable vision; * Experience in PHP development. Desired Qualifications IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAD: * Experience with Vue.js development; * Experience working in Agile methodology environments; * Recommended familiarity with Git and CI/CD; * Knowledge of MySQL database; * Experience with high-volume data systems; * Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, and/or acceptance); * Experience in SaaS projects; * Knowledge of AI usage; * Ability to identify practical opportunities for applying AI agents in daily work.
