We have offices in São Paulo and Chicago (USA), but our operations are fully remote—we prefer to call it *anywhere office*. **WHAT WILL THIS PROFESSIONAL DO?** * Design and validate high-criticality integration architectures (REST APIs, microservices, messaging, event-driven systems, and legacy systems) * Ensure security, scalability, availability, performance, and observability requirements across projects * Support multidisciplinary teams (Dev, Sec, Ops, Product, and Business) in architectural decision-making * Define standards, *guidelines*, and maintain high-level technical documentation (diagrams and workflows) * Propose modernization and decoupling strategies for legacy systems * Guide technical teams to ensure implementations adhere to the defined architecture **WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?** * Solid experience as a Solutions/Integration Architect, Tech Lead, or similar role in complex environments * Expertise in API architecture and security (REST, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, API Gateway) * Hands-on experience with microservices and event-driven architecture (Event\-Driven, Pub/Sub, message queues, asynchronous processing) * Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and databases (relational and NoSQL) * Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git, pipelines) and AI-powered productivity tools * Ability to read code and strong communication skills, along with systemic thinking **WHAT WOULD BE A PLUS?** * Experience in the financial sector, payment methods, acquiring, benefits, or fintechs * Integration experience with payment gateways, card networks, processors, fraud prevention, or settlement systems * Experience with critical, high-availability transactional systems and observability tools * Knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, serverless, iPaaS, or API governance **PROCESS STEPS:** * Application * Cultural fit interview * Technical interview \+ Live coding * Client interview * Hiring
