You will be responsible for the **development, evolution, and maintenance of our products**, prioritizing quality, stability, performance, and security across our environments. We seek someone who enjoys **solving real-world problems**, thinks about scalability, and isn’t afraid to improve anything possible. If you love purpose-driven technology and want to contribute to a platform impacting global brands, this role is for you. **What you’ll do** * Participate in **sprint planning meetings** with the team * Contribute to **technical discussions** to define product evolution, prioritize the backlog, and address technical debt * Review and fix code * Implement **new features** prioritized by the team * Participate in **team development**, sharing knowledge and technical references **What we expect from you** * **Solid** backend developer experience * Experience with **Node.js / NestJS** * Experience with **GoLang** * Experience with **APIs: GraphQL, GraphQL Federation, and REST** * Experience with relational databases — **PostgreSQL** * Experience with **ElasticSearch** * Experience with **AWS** (EC2, Lambda, RDS, SQS, and other services) * Strong knowledge of **system architecture** * Experience with **automated testing** * Proactivity and strong communication skills for working in **multidisciplinary teams** **Nice-to-haves** * Advanced knowledge of **ElasticSearch** * Experience with other **cloud providers** * Knowledge of **Kubernetes** * Experience with **CI/CD** * Knowledge of **observability, monitoring, and alerting** * Familiarity with **agile methodologies** **What matters to us beyond technical skills** We value people who think big, have the courage to test new ideas, collaborate transparently, and understand that results aren’t measured in hours worked — but in the **impact generated**.
