We seek a person capable of mapping problems, designing solutions, implementing, testing, documenting, and continuously improving them—connecting systems and optimizing our operations. If you enjoy freedom to create and assume full responsibility for delivery, you’ll thrive here. **Responsibilities:** * Serve as the company’s technical reference, independently identifying opportunities for automation and optimization. * Map internal needs, build solutions from scratch, and ensure complete end-to-end deliveries without reliance on technical leadership. * Develop internal automations and intelligent scripts to simplify workflows and reduce manual tasks. * Implement and test AI-powered solutions (data processing, text automation, pattern analysis, etc.). * Build custom tools, bots, and dashboards to support company departments. * Support the team with technical insights and continuous process improvements. Requirements: **What we’re looking for in you:** * **Completed undergraduate degree** in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields * Proficiency in programming languages: Python, JavaScript (Node.js), TypeScript, PHP, etc. * Experience consuming and building RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data manipulation. * Practical experience with databases. * Applied knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (e.g., OpenAI API, LangChain, NLP models, AI-driven automation) * Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools (Zapier, n8n, or similar) * Ability to understand business problems and independently propose practical solutions * Autonomous, analytical, and results-oriented profile * Availability for *full\-time* commitment and flexibility to work on weekends when demands arise.
