Solve complex problems using sustainable engineering practices (clean, testable, and maintainable code) and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on technical and product decisions. ### **What will your day-to-day activities be?** * Design, develop, and evolve backend services (REST APIs), focusing on availability, performance, and security. * Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making (event-driven, hexagonal, domain-driven). * Implement and maintain security standards (OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect, mTLS, JWT). * Conduct code reviews and uphold coding, testing, and documentation standards (OpenAPI/Swagger). * Monitor and optimize performance (profiling, query tuning, caching, concurrency). * Instrument observability (structured logs, metrics, distributed tracing) and respond to incidents. * Collaborate with Product, QA, SRE/Cloud, and Support teams; anticipate risks and propose mitigations.
