Here, we seek people who want to build meaningful solutions, collaborate effectively, and grow alongside a team that drives logistics across Brazil. #### **Responsibilities and Duties:** * **Infrastructure Management:** Administer and maintain on-premise and cloud environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability of critical services. * **Incident Handling and Resolution:** Resolve high-complexity tickets (N2/N3), performing advanced troubleshooting analysis on servers, networks, storage, and virtualization. * **Environment Monitoring:** Configure and manage monitoring tools, defining alerts and dashboards for proactive response. * **Capacity Planning:** Analyze resource consumption and propose optimization, expansion, or resizing actions for infrastructure. * **Provisioning and Automation:** Create and maintain scripts to automate repetitive tasks (e.g., VM creation, user provisioning, package installation, etc.). * **Virtualization Management:** Administer virtualized environments (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or Proxmox), including VM creation, migration, snapshots, and optimization. * **Storage Administration:** Manage storage solutions (SAN, NAS), provisioning volumes and ensuring backup policies. * **Backup Management:** Define and execute data backup and recovery policies, ensuring data integrity and availability. * **Network Administration:** Configure and maintain switches, routers, and firewalls, ensuring connectivity and network segmentation. * **Documentation and Runbooks:** Create and maintain detailed infrastructure documentation (diagrams, inventories, runbooks, and contingency procedures). * **Availability and On-Call Duty:** Participate in on-call rotations to support critical incidents outside regular business hours. #### **Requirements and Qualifications (Mandatory):** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in IT (Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Networks, or related fields). * **Experience:** Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure administration, with hands-on work in hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud). * **Essential Technical Knowledge:** + **Operating Systems:** Advanced administration of Windows Server (Active Directory, GPO, DHCP, DNS) and Linux (Debian/Ubuntu, CentOS/RHEL — service management, security, performance, logs). + **Virtualization:** Solid experience with VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or Proxmox (creation, cloning, migration, snapshots, high availability). + **Cloud:** Practical knowledge of at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including IAM, VPC, EC2/VM, S3/Blob Storage, RDS, Load Balancers. + **Networking:** Intermediate knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching, and firewalls. + **Storage:** Experience with storage solutions (SAN/NAS), protocols such as iSCSI, NFS, SMB. + **Scripting/Automation:** Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or Bash for task automation. + **Monitoring:** Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, PRTG, Nagios, or CloudWatch. + **Backup:** Experience with backup solutions (Veeam, Commvault, or cloud-native tools). * **Behavioral Skills:** Ability to make decisions under pressure, systemic view of infrastructure, strong communication with multidisciplinary teams, and planning and prioritization skills. #### **Nice-to-Have (Will be considered a plus during evaluation):** * **Certifications:** AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, VMware VCP, Red Hat RHCSA/RHCE, ITIL, among others. * **Infrastructure as Code (IaC):** Knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation for automated provisioning. * **Multi-Cloud Infrastructure:** Experience with more than one cloud provider. * **Migration Projects:** Participation in on-premise-to-cloud migration projects. * **Databases:** Knowledge of database administration (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL). **Benefits** * Health insurance plan with co-payment and possibility of including dependents, per current policy. * Dental plan, with free choice among available plans. * Meal allowance. * Wellhub/Gympass. * Zenklub: two monthly consultations at no cost. * Life insurance at no cost. * Funeral assistance at no cost.
