The **Engineering** team needs someone — and we want you on board! **Your mission?** To contribute to the development and evolution of systems as a Full-Stack engineer, with a focus on **Back-End**, building robust and scalable APIs in **Node.js**, while also getting hands-on with **Front-End using React**, whenever needed. **Your day-to-day at Skeelo will look like this:** * Develop new features and maintain existing systems using Node.js and JavaScript, ensuring quality, performance, and continuous application evolution; * Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Elastic Search, ensuring stability, efficiency, and scalability in data management; * Build and optimize RESTful APIs using Fastify, applying best practices in development and architecture; * Collaborate on integrations with AI and automation tools, and provide occasional Front-End support using React, ensuring seamless interaction across application layers; * Participate in agile rituals and contribute technical improvements, acting autonomously, with ownership mindset, curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning. **To succeed in this role, you’ll need:** * Solid experience with Node.js and JavaScript, building scalable, high-quality applications; * Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Elastic Search, with emphasis on data modeling, queries, and performance; * Familiarity with RabbitMQ, RESTful APIs, CI/CD, and software architecture concepts; * Strong experience with Fastify for building high-performance APIs, and practical understanding of React, with willingness to work on Front-End when required; * Ability to work autonomously and self-directed, with strong organizational skills, proactivity, and results orientation. **It would be great if you also had:** * Experience with automation and AI tools, including applied AI concepts and practices such as Qdrant (vector DB), LangChain, RAG pipelines, embeddings, strategic chunking, vector collection versioning, and vector queries; * Knowledge of Datadog, Kibana, Sentry, Docker, GraphQL, and Redis, contributing to observability, monitoring, and application efficiency; * Experience in agile and collaborative environments, with attention to performance, code quality, and development best practices — including automated testing with Jest as a plus. **And the benefits?
