### **Position Summary** Work on developing **FullStack (Python \+ React)** solutions focused on automation, integration with AI agents, and evolution of digital platforms—ensuring scalability, high performance, and integration with internal ecosystems and partners. ### **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain **FullStack** applications using **Python on the back\-end** and **React on the front\-end** * Build and evolve **APIs, microservices, and web interfaces**, emphasizing performance and user experience * Integrate solutions with **AI agents, LLMs, and external platforms** * Enhance automation architectures and distributed applications * Ensure application quality, scalability, security, and performance * Apply engineering best practices (**Clean Code, automated testing, observability, and documentation**) * Participate in technical decisions regarding architecture and product evolution * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to continuously deliver value ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Minimum 6 years of experience with **Python** (FastAPI, Flask, Django or similar) * Solid experience with **React.js** and modern UI development * Experience with MCP for AI integration * Hands\-on experience developing **REST APIs** * Strong experience with **microservice architecture** * **Experience with security protocols \- authentication** * Experience integrating **front\-end and back\-end** * Knowledge of **HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript** * Experience with **SQL and NoSQL databases** * Knowledge of **cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)** * Experience with **Git**, **CI/CD pipelines**, and DevOps practices * Knowledge of **Docker** and containerized environments * Experience with automated testing and software quality best practices ### **Nice\-to\-have** * Experience with **Generative AI, LLMs, or intelligent agents** * Knowledge of **MCPs (Model Context Protocol)** or similar platforms * Experience with **Kubernetes** * Exposure to event\-driven architectures (**Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS or similar**) * Knowledge of advanced frameworks in the React ecosystem (**Next.js, Zustand, Redux, etc.**) * Experience building scalable applications and operating in high\-availability environments **We aim to provide our team with a welcoming, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
