DEV Developer (Automation and Integrations)

Description

Job Summary: This role involves developing solutions for internal process automation, creating system integrations, and improving operational processes with technology, working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams. Focus on technological innovation and process optimization. **Main Responsibilities:** Develop solutions for internal process automation (accounting, tax, HR, and other non-operational areas) RPA development Development of continuous improvements Create and maintain integrations between systems (APIs, ERPs, databases, and various platforms) Map operational processes and propose technology-driven improvements Support the development of customer-oriented solutions and tools Ensure organization, documentation, and continuous evolution of developed projects Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (accounting, tax, HR, and other non-operational areas) **Requirements:** Degree completed or in progress in technology-related fields (Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related disciplines) Practical experience in software development (real-world projects) Knowledge of programming logic and data structures Experience consuming and building APIs (REST) Knowledge of databases (SQL) Analytical ability to understand business processes **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in accounting firms Experience in process automation Experience in service, commerce, or industrial companies Experience with ERP or financial systems Knowledge of languages such as Node.js, Python, or similar Familiarity with accounting, tax, or financial processes Experience with integration tools Behavioral Competencies Logical reasoning and problem-solving mindset Proactivity and ownership mentality Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams Organization and results orientation Interest in learning about business, not just technology
