Job Summary: Custodian for a residential condominium responsible for supervising service providers, inspecting equipment and common areas, and supporting the building manager and front desk. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise service providers and inspect common areas 2. Periodically inspect elevators, pumps, and lighting 3.
