Prevent operational failures and drive continuous improvement. **Join Grupo Garbo – One of the top franchisees of Grupo Boticário!** If you are **organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy logistical challenges**, this opportunity is for you! **We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor**, a key professional to ensure our receiving, warehousing, shipping, and distribution operations run efficiently and excellently. **What You Will Do:** * Lead operational teams in receiving, warehousing, picking, verification, billing, shipping, and transportation, according to the unit's structure. * Assign, monitor, and control team activities, ensuring execution of the daily operations plan. * Ensure achievement of performance indicators such as OTD (On-Time Delivery), inventory accuracy, productivity, cut rate, order cycle time, and operational quality. * Manage daily routines through alignment meetings, indicator monitoring, and action plan definition for identified deviations. * Prevent and address operational failures by conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective and preventive actions. * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and standardization of operational areas, promoting best practices in warehousing and operational discipline. * Monitor rotating and periodic inventories, ensuring inventory accuracy and proper handling of identified discrepancies. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety regulations, appropriate use of PPEs, and accident prevention practices, including certification of standards registered in the PCOF. * Support the implementation of new processes, systems, and continuous improvement projects aimed at operational efficiency. * Collaborate closely with Commercial, Planning, Transportation, and Administration departments to align operational priorities. * Report operational results, risks, improvement opportunities, and resource needs to coordination or management to maintain operational performance.
