Job Summary:
Manage the full meal production operation, controlling costs, leading teams, supervising food safety standards, and planning menus.

Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the full meal production operation, ensuring quality standards and deadlines.
* Control operational costs, manage inventory, and supervise procurement processes with a focus on profitability.
* Lead, train, and develop the operational team (scheduling, feedback, and organizational climate).
* Rigorously supervise compliance with food safety regulations and the Good Manufacturing Practices Manual (ANVISA).
* Plan attractive and balanced menus aligned with nutritional guidelines.
* Ensure proper equipment operation and handle branch administrative routines.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in **Nutrition with active CRN registration** (Mandatory).
* Proven experience in **Management or Supervision in UAN** (Food and Nutrition Unit) or Industrial Kitchens.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel for cost control).
* Profile demonstrating strong leadership, excellent communication, and focus on financial targets.
* *Preferred:* Proficiency and prior experience with the **Genial System**.
* *Location:* Easy access to or residence in the Ibirité/MG region.
Compensation and Incentives:
* **Base Salary:** R$ 3\.200,00 (CLT).
