Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and autonomous professional to lead the tendering area—from tender notice acquisition to contract signing—with a strategic role in driving sales growth for the public sector. Direct partnership work with the commercial coordination We seek an **experienced and autonomous professional**, who will take ownership of the company’s tendering area—from tender notice acquisition to contract signing. You will work in direct partnership with the commercial coordination and play a strategic role in structuring and expanding sales to the public sector. **Your responsibilities:** * Monitor tender notices daily on public procurement portals (Compras.gov.br, BEC/SP, Licitações\-e, BLL, BNC, PNCP, and others), ensuring no relevant opportunity is missed * Analyze tender notices and assess technical and commercial feasibility of participation * Prepare initial and final proposals and conduct electronic auctions * Maintain updated company registrations and qualifications in public agencies and portals (SICAF, CAUFESP, and municipal registries) * Manage certificates, qualification documents, challenges, appeals, and clarifications * Follow tender procedures through to contract formalization and manage price registration records * Prepare cost spreadsheets and departmental performance reports **Requirements:** * Proven, solid experience in public tenders and electronic auctions * Proficiency in government procurement portals and registration/qualification processes * Up-to-date knowledge of Law No. 14\.133/2021 * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills * Autonomy, organization, and rigorous deadline management **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the industrial sector or with technical products/equipment * Familiarity with tender management tools (Effecti, ConLicitação) and ERP systems * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields **We Offer:** * Salary commensurate with seniority \+ benefits * **Hybrid work model** * Autonomy to structure a strategic and growing area Compensation: R$4\.500,00 \- R$6\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
