This professional will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across our networks, performing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of telecommunications systems. If you have experience in telecommunications, knowledge of fiber optics and carrier networks, and seek a challenge where you can apply your communication skills, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple demands, join our team and positively impact the company’s B2B strategy in the Northeast. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure operational excellence of telecommunications networks. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of network and fiber optic equipment. * Optimize transmission, data, and fiber optic systems—including DWDM, FTTx, PTN, POTN, and IP networks. * Read and interpret network topologies and diagrams. * Lead resolution of complex issues and implement continuous process improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education and Technical Foundation: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree. * Technical Knowledge in Telecom: Network equipment (routers, switches, OLT/ONT), Fiber optics (FTTH, backbone, access), Reading and interpretation of network topologies and diagrams.
