Mentoring and team development Work as a Tech Lead at one of the largest health insurance plan managers in Latin America, serving over 16 million active customers, leading technical initiatives in critical corporate systems. Advanced expertise in PL/SQL, responsible for designing and evolving procedures, packages, functions, and optimizing performance in high-volume environments. Java knowledge is a plus, supporting integrations and development of complementary services. Definition of technical and architectural standards, establishing best practices for coding, quality, version control, and development governance. Responsible for code reviews, mitigation of technical risks, and resolution of complex problems. Strategic decision-making regarding architecture, frameworks, and technical solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and sustainability of applications. Acting as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring alignment between functional requirements and technical execution. Mentoring and developing the team, promoting technical growth and software engineering best practices. Direct collaboration with Product Owner, Scrum Master, and stakeholders, supporting prioritization and definition of the technical roadmap. WORK MODEL: Hybrid (São Paulo/SP) or Remote
