**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 12x36 **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Supervise and coordinate the activities of security teams at service posts, ensuring adherence to shift schedules, operational standards, quality benchmarks, and contractual requirements, thereby contributing to asset security and customer satisfaction. * Supervise the security team using criteria specific to corporate culture; * Identify risks and correct them on-site; * Prepare reports when necessary; * Conduct daily visits to units; * Attend meetings with unit managers; * Monitor the service post to ensure compliance with operational standards; * Direct and guide security personnel; * Receive client requests and forward them to the Control Center; * Serve as the liaison between field operations and the company; * Transport and deliver materials dispatched by the Control Center (time sheets, summonses, vacation notices, information bulletins, uniforms, and security equipment). **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Certified Security Guard Training Course with up-to-date recertification, as required by Law No. 14.967/2024, which establishes the new Private Security Statute; * Prior experience in supervising operational teams is desirable; * Driver's license category AB. **Benefits:** Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
