Monitor store performance and implement sales strategies We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Store Supervisor at Soneda A Casa da Beleza. We are a family-owned cosmetics retail chain with over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry. Currently, we operate via e-commerce and 50 stores across 15 cities in the state of São Paulo. Team Management – Lead and motivate team members, assign tasks, provide training, and ensure a positive work environment. 2\. Customer Service – Ensure high-quality service, resolve issues or complaints, and guarantee customer satisfaction. 3\. Sales and Target Management – Monitor store performance, track sales metrics, and implement strategies to achieve business objectives. 4\. Inventory and Stock Control – Supervise merchandise flow, manage stock levels, prevent losses, and ensure proper product restocking. 5\. Product Organization and Display – Ensure product placement in-store complies with company guidelines, optimizing the customer’s shopping experience. 6\. Administration and Reporting – Manage cash flows, handle documentation, and report operational metrics to management. 7\. Compliance with Policies and Procedures – Ensure all team members adhere to safety, hygiene, and internal policy requirements.
